AUTOMATED PRESS MODERNISATION
We modernised multi-position automatic press "PAUST" in Valmiera. Project request: modernisation of control system from reley-logic to PLC, replacement of sensors, improvement of user interface, addition of new safety features.
BETTER TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS
Technological process impovement project in AS "Valmieras Stikla Šķiedra". Project request: change of heating elements for technological sulphuric acid from steam to electric (total power 144kW), automation of concentrated sulphuric acid pumping station and preparation shop, technological process temperature measurement, logging and visualisation, improvement of working conditions and safety.
